The BIRD-team welcomes Prof. Dr. Bojan Resan. Bojan Resan is joining the BIRD-team for half year as part of his sabbatical.
Bojan is a professor in laser technology at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland, Institute of Product and Production Engineering. He has a wealth of knowledge on a wide range of laser applications from telecommunications to in vitro diagnostic medical devices. He gained his broad expertise through international training in Croatia, France and the USA as laser physicist and as a senior scientist at various companies such as Coherent, USA or Lumentum, Switzerland.
The BIRD-team is looking forward to working together to improve infrared spectroscopic health monitoring! His practical approach will certainly bring a new perspective on our approaches and generate new ideas for further developments.
