The Data Science Research Group contributed to the 23rd International Conference on Artificial Intelligence in Medicine (AIME 2025), held on June 23–26 in Italy. The group delivered two presentations at the conference: one by Kosmas Kepesidis, the research group leader, and another by PhD candidate Lea Gigou. Their presentations showcased the group’s latest work in developing innovative approaches to analyze biomedical data, with a focus on health monitoring and personalized medicine.
In addition to their presentations, the group contributed to the conference proceedings with two peer-reviewed publications. The first, led by Kepesidis, is titled “Integration of Infrared Molecular Fingerprinting Data in a Longitudinal Health Profiling Cohort” and appears in Part I of the proceedings. The second, featuring work by Lea Gigou, is included in Part II.
