Almost three months after the severe water damage, the PhotonLab has reopened. This morning, the student lab welcomed its first school class into the new space.
Back in early July, a burst pipe caused major damage to the former PhotonLab – just a few weeks before its planned move to one of the former attoworld laboratories. Now, the lab is up and running again: with a larger space, new components, and two new experiments already in place. The PhotonLab team is excited to be back and ready to share its passion for lasers, light and quantum science with students once again.
