We are delighted to share that Tarek Eissa has successfully defended his PhD dissertation, entitled “Infrared Molecular Fingerprinting to Probe Human Health,” at the Technical University of Munich (TUM). During his PhD research with the BIRD-team, Tarek’s work has already led to four first-author publications in top-tier journals, an outstanding achievement.
