Our PhotonLab´s audio play series "Alice im Quantenland" is enjoying growing popularity – even beyond national borders. After live readings at the Deutsches Museum in Munich as part of the research project "Quanten(t)räume", funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research, the Technoseum in Mannheim has now also joined as a cooperation partner and organized its own lecture series.

The series kicked off in early March with the first episode of the audio play, "Eine Katze namens Schrödinger". Yesterday, on April 15, part two followed. Numerous Mannheim residents responded to the invitation and attended with their children. But also older generations enjoyed the live reading of "Einstein und das Fußballmatch" with smiling faces.

The third part, read by Sofie Silbermann and Veit Ziegelmaier, will follow on May 18 at 2:00 p.m. in the auditorium of the Technoseum – perfectly timed for International Museum Day. More information is available here:

Behind the scenes, work is already underway on the fourth episode, which will focus on the quantum mechanical phenomenon of entanglement.

By the way, all previous episodes have been completely re-recorded and edited to provide an even more immersive listening experience. The episodes are available on all major streaming platforms.
