The PhotonLab-team is happy to welcome back Linda Qerimi. Since 2019, Linda has been closely connected to the PhotonLab. As part of her final thesis before her state examinations in Physics and Mathematics at the LMU Munich, she developed a quantum optics experiment for high school students and later continued her collaboration as a student employee.

During her PhD in Quantum Technology Education and her role as Quantum Science Didactics Manager at Munich Quantum Valley, Linda’s collaboration with the PhotonLab remained strong. Together, they developed and implemented teacher training programs, interactive learning materials, and courses on quantum physics and quantum technologies.

After her parental leave, Linda has now returned to the PhotonLab as a research assistant on the European Quantum Academy project, a Europe-wide initiative to advance quantum education and strengthen Europe’s position in quantum science. In her role, Linda promotes modern learning concepts from the PhotonLab, runs Europe-wide train-the-trainer programs, and develops new teaching methods for complex quantum technology concepts using visual qubit representations.

Welcome back!
